Getting and staying fit during your pregnancy
- Are you pregnant and would like to get and stay fit during your pregnancy, but aren’t sure what exercises to do and especially not to do? Or do you need a stick to start working out? We are happy to help you in this.
- Since 2007 YourHealth personal training provides personal training during and after pregnancy, where and when you want. You don’t have to leave your home, which is nice and easy! You can be trained at home, indoors or in the garden. Or else outside at a place near you. And did you know that your partner can train with us for FREE?
- Do you feel more comfortable with a female personal trainer? We have female personal trainers active throughout almost all of the Netherlands.
Exercise during pregnancy
- During personal training you will work on strengthening your core-stabilty, pelvic floor, balance, strength and fitness.
- The goal of exercise is for you to get and stay fit during your pregnancy.
- Exercising reduces the risk of complications and will help you get Back in shape faster after your delivery.
- Exercising responsibly is not only good for your health, but also for your baby‘s.

- A personal trainer at home saves you time and hassle. The trainer will come to you with all the sports equipment, so you don’t have to purchase anything. You can be trained at home, indoors or in your yard. Or else enjoy the outdoors at a place near you.
- Want to train in the morning, around lunchtime, in the evening or just on weekends? Our trainers provide personal training 7 days a week, from 6:30am-22:00pm.
Duo training
Would you like to train with a (pregnant) friend, your partner or a friend? Then we have good news, because with us a sports buddy can join for FREE! Don’t you have the same level of sports or different goals? No problem, because everyone trains at his or her own pace and gets a customized plan.
