  • Do you want to exercise (structurally) because you want to lose weight, improve your fitness or become physically and mentally stronger?
  • But isn’t a gym for you, do you have low sports motivation and could use an accountability partner? Then you’ve come to the right place, welcome!
  • Since 2007, we have been helping our clients achieve a fit, toned, slim and strong body and better balance through Personal training at home and outdoors, coaching and FREE lifestyle tips.
  • We would like to let you experience that sports can be fun (again) and support you in achieving your health goals.
  • We provide training 7 days a week, between 06:30-22:00. At your home or outside at a place near you. For example, in a park or forest or in a field around your corner.
  • You can find our trainers in the provinces North Holland, South Holland, Utrecht, Brabant and Gelderland. This includes cities where many expats reside like Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Eindhoven.
