Would you like to be trained right before work, around lunchtime on your work-at-home day or just in the evening or on weekends? YourHealth offers home and outdoor personal training 7 days a week, from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
It works best to train structurally on the same day during the week. That way, you’ll easily develop an exercise routine. But we also train people who work irregular hours or often travel abroad. In such a situation, you can check with the trainer on a weekly basis what is feasible for you in terms of day, frequency and time. We are happy to think with you in this.
What do you get?
Working out together with your partner, friend, family member or colleague, etc.? No problem! The hourly rate remains the same and therefore costs you nothing extra. A 2nd person trains for FREE at YourHealth! In fact; whether you train alone or with 3 or 4 people, it doesn’t matter to us because the hourly rate is fixed. So ideal if you want to cut the cost of a personal trainer!

We don’t need much space for training. A few paces of movement is enough. We can train indoors, at home or at your work. But also outside in your garden or at a place near you. Like, for example, in a park or forest or a field. You train at your desired location and can vary in this.
YourHealth operates in the provinces of North Holland, South Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland and Brabant. Our trainers often visit cities where many expats reside, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag (The Hague), Utrecht and Eindhoven.
